Primary Responsibility for overall management of projects from bid preparation through final acceptance by client including and not limited to:

  • Estimating – obtain sub-contractor bids, do material takeoffs and comprehend blueprints
  • Client Management – serve as primary contact with Client to discuss updates and progression, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly and cost effectively
  • Sub-Contractor Management – scheduling, managing timelines, costs & quality of work
  • Financial Management – manage job costs and stay within budgetary goals
  • Jobsite Management – ensure materials are delivered in a timely basis and site is kept clean and orderly
  • Following Company Processes and Systems – ensure compliance on company processes
  • Ownership of delivering a quality project and an exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience – 5+ years as a Project Manager in residential home remodeling
  • Sub-Contractor Relationships – existing relationships with high quality sub-contractors in Raleigh area
  • Problem solving/troubleshooting ability.
  • Construction Knowledge – understanding of residential construction methods, mechanical systems, requirements, & codes
