Our Process for Home Additions & New Spaces

Our remodeling process has five stages: explore, design, refine, build and enjoy. During the exploration phase, we learn about your home addition project and needs. We also recommend you research our company, read testimonials, and review our pricing guide. If we both decide to move forward with your project we move to the next phase. In the design phase, we provide a detailed model of your renovation. You will also visit our showroom to pick out your flooring, finishes, cabinetry, and other materials.
Once the design is finalized, we begin refining our plans. We prepare all documents, ensure our plans are compliant with building codes and schedule the contractors we need for your project. We will then present the final proposal to you. If the proposal is approved, we begin your renovation. Every member of our team is very respectful of your home. We make sure to protect the parts of your home that are not included in the remodeling project. You will have regular contact with the superintendent assigned to your home. After your project is complete, there’s nothing left to do but enjoy!
