Our priority here at CQC Home is to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team. With the latest news and guidelines from both the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), it is imperative that we flatten the curve. This means reduce the spread so healthcare workers aren’t overwhelmed. Because of this, we are going to be implementing some changes to ensure that we are keeping everyone safe. We may be updating this statement as we receive more information and more guidelines from the WHO and the CDC.

If you were in the middle of a project before coronavirus, or perhaps you have one starting soon, there are things you and your contractor can do to stay safe. We will be taking the necessary steps to keep you and your family safe as well as prevent the spread of coronavirus.

These are the steps we are taking!

In Our Showroom

CQC Home is open by appointment only and will only have 1 client (or couple) in the showroom at a time. We also have implemented virtual home tours for the sales team.

We are also spacing visitors and staff while they are in the showroom. We have a large design table and multiple screens that allow us to sit 3 feet apart. The showroom has also been cleaned thoroughly and we are disinfecting samples after each use.All visitors will be asked to wash their hands when coming to the showroom. Our team will also be doing the same to ensure that we are all safe. Our showroom staff will be monitoring their temperature daily and practicing social distancing while at the office and at home.

In Your Home

To ensure we keep your family safe, we will be using plastic barriers to isolate the work area from the home. Our field team will also be running our job site HEPA filters continuously to clean the air. We are asking everyone on-site to monitor their temperature daily and we have provided supplies for washing hands and disinfecting tools to our teams. We’ve scheduled subs to be on the job site one at a time and follow our guidelines to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

For all projects currently scheduled, we have ordered all materials and they are being stored in our warehouse. We do not expect any delays due to supply chain issues.

Our Staff

Our Office Staff & Design Team are working from home and only going to client’s homes for the initial measure meeting. We are also committed to providing paid leave to our staff if they need to stay at home due to COVID-19. All of our full-time staff will be provided with health insurance through the duration of this epidemic. Staff are monitoring their health for even mild illness and will stay home if necessary.
